Modern Fan – Phases I & II
The Adroit Construction team was selected to complete two design-build projects for the Modern Fan Company based in Ashland, OR. Modern Fan specializes in upscale and utilitarian fans and air conditioning services worldwide. The first project we completed was a nearly 15,000 sf two-story office building / warehouse. Based on the company’s growth and our success with their first project, Adroit was then selected to construct a second design-build multi-purpose warehouse. Our team delivered, completing this second building of 18,000 sf. ahead of schedule and on budget.
