Asante Health System’s
Three Rivers Medical Center Campus – Grants Pass, OR
Adroit Construction has worked with Asante Health System for over a decade to expand its Three Rivers Medical Center campus and the services available there.
Spears Cancer Center
Completed in 2021, Adroit constructed this two-story building adjacent to the original Spears Cancer Center on the Three Rivers Medical Center campus. This addition of 24,000 sf (for a total of 35,000 sf) nearly tripled the size of this important regional healthcare facility.
Outpatient Center
Completed in 2014, Adroit’s construction of this 90,000 sf, 4-story Outpatient Center added 50% more square footage to the Three Rivers Medical Center campus. The facility houses surgical, imaging, and physical therapy facilities, as well as a full floor of patient exam rooms and provider offices. This state-of-the-art medical facility boasts mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems designed specifically for the unique needs of today’s and tomorrow’s medical professionals and patients.
