Completed in 2015, this 350,000+ sf, 5-story student housing complex was constructed in a site-constrained and previously built out area of Eugene, just blocks from the University of Oregon campus and Matthew Knight Arena. The project also included construction of a 150,000 sf, 6-story parking structure.
