Oregon Institute of Technology
Adroit teams have spent the better part of six years working on the Oregon of Institute of Technology’s campus. Projects have included the construction of state-of-the-art new learning facilities as well as performing modernization, accessibility improvements, and seismic safety upgrades across the campus of this important and growing higher education institution.
2023: Boivin Hall
Adroit is completing the extensive renovation, accessibility improvements, and seismic retrofit of Oregon Tech’s Boivin Hall. Originally constructed in the 1970s, the newly renovated building will offer a a range of academic programs, including new chemistry and teaching labs, and the new home for campus Information Technology Systems.
2022: Center for Excellence in Engineering & Technology
This 70,000 sf higher education facility was designed to serve as a catalyst for innovation, creativity, and imagination. It provides interactive and collaborative spaces that include classrooms, teaching labs, and applied technology labs. Administratively, it provides an office suite for the Dean of the College of Engineering and a boardroom.
2019: Cornett Hall
Originally constructed in 1964, this 101,000 sf building is the largest on Oregon Tech’s campus. Adroit was selected to complete the modernization, accessibility, and seismic retrofitting of this iconic campus building.
