2022: Science Building
Adroit was selected to complete this 17,000+ sf new science center that houses 48-classrooms, three biology labs, and one chemistry/physics lab as well as student common areas and breakout space, faculty offices, ADA accessible parking, and concrete pathways and a plaza to integrate the facility into the existing campus.
2019: Art Center
Adroit was selected to complete the renovation of the campus’ Deschutes Building to create the 62200+ sf art instruction center that includes three large, well-lit, and ergonomically designed studio classroom spaces, computer lab and media center, exhibit space, and administrative offices.

2020: Health Professions Center
This nearly 36,000 sf state-of-the art teaching facility features the newest in health care training technology to serve students on their educational path to a variety of health professions including nursing, dental assisting, phlebotomy, pharmacy technician, and medical assisting.
2018: High Tech Center
Nearly 12,000 sf center serves as a regional cornerstone for high tech training in manufacturing, welding, engineering, mechatronics, and other advanced skills.
2006: Table Rock Campus: Renovation/Construction
Originally constructed in the 1960s as a federal training facility known as Fort Vannoy Job Corps Training Center, it then became a microprocessor facility until RCC acquired it in 2005. Adroit was selected to renovate the 105,000+sf building to create what is now known as RCC’s Table Rock Campus. It was designed to house technical training programs requiring large spaces, including diesel technology and manufacturing, as well as general education and basic skills programs.
Higher Education Center

2008: RCC/SOU Higher Education Center
This nearly 70,000 sf steel framed, brick, and aluminum skinned, LEED Platinum Certified education facility is located in the heart of downtown Medford, OR. The joint-use building was designed to be a catalyst for downtown development and anchor to the downtown Education Core, which includes RCC Riverside campus and the Medford Public Library.
