For the better part of 20 years, Adroit is proud to have provided the construction and infrastructure development for a considerable portion  Southern Oregon University’s Ashland campus.

Raider Village

Completed in 2014, Adroit constructed this nearly 200,000 sf student housing complex on the SOU campus. The project features suite and semi-suite style units.

Dining Hall

Adroit also constructed the 23,000+ sf commercial kitchen and dining facility  This project completed in 2013.

Madrone Hall

Completed in 2005, Adroit also constructed Madrone Hall, a 35,000 sf, 3-story student housing complex.
