One West Main
Constructed in 2014 in the heart of downtown Medford, this 116,000+ sf, 4-story, Class A office building is home to Pacific Retirement Services, Rogue Disposal & Recycling, and Procare Software. This project presented the unique challenge of constructing the new building wrapped around an existing 3-level, 33,000+ sf parking garage.
