2014: SOU’s Raider Village (Student Housing) and The Hawk (Dining)

Raider Village consists of nearly 200,000 SF of student housing consisting of two 4-story wood-framed buildings. The Hawk is the University’s adjacent 23,000+ SF wood-framed dining facility.

All buildings associated with this project achieved LEED Gold certification, and the project was given the “Best Use of Green/Sustainable Construction/Development” award as well as the “Best Implementation of Mixed-Use Development” award at the 2015 Interface Conference by Student Housing Business Magazine.

2008: RCC/SOU Higher Education Center

This nearly 70,000 sf steel framed, brick, and aluminum skinned, LEED Platinum Certified education facility is located in the heart of downtown Medford, OR. The joint-use building was designed to be a catalyst for downtown development and anchor to the downtown Education Core, which includes RCC Riverside campus and the Medford Public Library.
