Over the course of 2017 and 2018, Adroit constructed three state-of-the-art fire stations, #2, #3, and #4, for the City of Medford, OR.
When Adroit was selected as CM/GC (Construction Manager/General Contractor) the first of these three projects, Station #2, it was initially over budget and in danger of being significantly delayed or canceled. Adroit’s experienced team worked in cooperation with the design team and the City to value engineer the project by using alternate materials without incorporating major changes to the design, form, or function. We are proud to have transformed a potentially dead project into one of our greatest success stories. In the end, the City was able to save enough money between Fire Stations #2 & #4 (and the new Police Headquarters also built by Adroit) to build a new third station, Station #3.
