Adroit Construction completed this 15,000 SF ground-up retail store in East Medford. The single-story, wood-framed building is designed for durability, efficiency, and long-term performance.

The project features a modern exterior with a combination of metal siding and masonry, along with covered outdoor display areas that extend the retail experience. The site accommodates grade changes through integrated retaining walls, accessible entry points, and a clear approach to the main entrance.

Inside, the store is organized for intuitive customer flow, with open sightlines, high ceilings, and exposed structural elements that bring warmth to the space. Designed by KSW Architects, the project delivers a practical, community-focused retail environment built to serve East Medford for years to come.
