Adroit is proud to have worked with Medford School District for more than 15 years to provide more modernized and accessible learning spaces for the students and staff of this growing district.

Oakdale Middle School & Spiegelberg Track Replacement:

Completed in 2023, this nearly 140,000 sf project included the comprehensive renovation to historic (circa 1920s) Medford High School’s main building and adjacent Medford School District Education Center annex to create the new Oakdale Middle School. Also included in this scope of this project was seismic retrofitting of the gymnasium along with the replacement of the track at the school’s iconic Spiegelberg Stadium.

Howard Elementary

Completed in 2018, Adroit’s team was selected to perform seismic rehabilitation of Howard Elementary as part of Medford School District’s broader seismic safety plan.

Oak Grove School

Completed in 2010, Adroit performed a significant remodel to the existing historic schoolhouse along with adding a new gymnasium, cafeteria, classrooms, and administration space totaling over 65,000 sf.

Lone Pine School

Also completed in 2010, Adroit was selected to remodel this popular existing elementary school and complete an addition that provided a new gymnasium, cafeteria, classrooms, and administration spaces totaling over 60,000 sf.
