Adroit Construction was selected to complete this 110,000 sf international airport terminal that includes an observation deck on the second floor, restaurant, gift shop, baggage handling facilities, and administrative offices. Adroit was also awarded the contract to construct the FAA Tower at the location.
Completed in 2009, this combined project was voted Best Project in Oregon for Public Buildings $15M-$50M (DJC 2010).
