Heimann Cancer Center
Completed in 2022 and located adjacent to Rogue Regional Medical Center’s main campus, this 80,000 sf state-of-the art facility conveniently houses all services associated with the full continuum of cancer treatment and care in one location.
Rogue Regional Medical Center Campus
North Parking Garage Addition
Completed in 2021, Adroit was selected to construct this 94,000+ sf, 4-story, 272-space, parking structure addition located on Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center’s occupied campus.
Behavioral Health Unit Remodel
Completed in 2019, this project included the demolition and remodeling of an existing 11,000 sf unoccupied general medicine suite within the hospital to create the new facility. Work was performed on the 3rd floor of the occupied hospital on the floor above a 24/7 fully operational neonatal intensive care unit that could not be impacted by construction operations.
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Remodel
Completed in 2012, this project included a full-floor remodel in the east wing of (occupied) Rogue Regional Medical Center. Completed in three phases, work was located adjacent to the pre-existing wing that remained fully operational during renovations. This 9,000 sf project was built to LEED Gold standard.
