Anderson Vista Apartments, Talent, OR
Orchard Meadows Apartments, Medford, OR
Prescott Gardens Apartments, Medford, OR
Snowberry Brook Apartments Phases 1 & 2, Ashland, OR
Completed in 2010 and 2021 respectively, Snowberry Brook 1 & 2 are located just off Clay Street in south Ashland. Both of these 60-unit affordable housing complexes offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units, a neighborhood playground, computer lab, community center, and on-site resident services.
The Concord, Medford, OR
Completed in 2015, this 80,000 sf, 4-story, complex was constructed in the heart of downtown Medford, OR.
Cherry Creek Apartments, Medford, OR
This 50-unit development was constructed in close proximity to Donahue Frohnmayer Park. The complex includes 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units with amenities that include a playground, computer lab, community center, and on-site resident services.
