Skyline Plaza Dining Renovation
Completed in 2022, Adroit’s team performed a complete renovation and upgrades to the retirement community’s iconic Skyline Plaza’s dining room and commercial kitchen spaces.
Health Center Renovation
Completed in 2020 in the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic, Adroit renovated the senior living community’s 60,000 sf, patient-occupied Health Center (Skilled Nursing Facility) to provide state-of-the-art private rooms and inviting common spaces.
Memory Support Center
Completed in 2018, Adroit was selected to construct this 40,000 sf, state-of-the-art secured residential care facility with memory care endorsement.
Main Manor Building’s Exterior Re-Clad
Adroit replaced the entire exterior envelope, windows, and HVAC system for this iconic, 10-story building that was originally constructed in the late 1950s and serves as the heart of Rogue Valley Manor’s hilltop campus.
Cottage Living
Throughout the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, Adroit constructed most of the residential cottages that dot the hillside of Rogue Valley Manor’s campus atop Barneburg Hill.
