SOESD Phoenix Campus Reconstruction

Education Facility – Phoenix, OR

Adroit Construction completed the full reconstruction of the Southern Oregon Education Service District (SOESD) Phoenix Campus after the Almeda Fire. The new facility was built to support the district’s growing programs and long-term needs.

The layout is straightforward and easy to navigate, with clear connections between classrooms, shared spaces, and outdoor areas. Circulation supports how the building is used day to day, helping staff and students move efficiently between spaces.

Interior areas are designed for flexibility. Larger rooms support group instruction and collaboration, while smaller offices and breakout spaces provide areas for focused work. Durable finishes and consistent materials create a clean, cohesive environment built for daily use.

Specialized spaces, including STEM labs, maker areas, and life skills classrooms, support hands-on learning and real-world skill development. Office spaces and remote work areas also accommodate hybrid staff and evolving program needs.

The rebuilt campus delivers a practical, flexible environment that supports SOESD’s mission and the community it serves.
