Sellwood Ventures Office Suite
Located in the penthouse of One West Main, the Sellwood Ventures office is a 3,686-square-foot tenant improvement overlooking downtown Medford, Oregon. Adroit originally constructed One West Main and returned to complete this high-end office suite for Sellwood Ventures.
The space includes private offices, conference rooms, a kitchen with a built-in espresso station, and an open lounge and collaboration area. Custom woodwork and finishes, curved ceiling details, integrated lighting, and expansive views give the office a warm, polished character. The project included demolition and new architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work throughout the existing space.
